Chef Paulo Airaudo brings his international perspective and creative precision to Luca’s Restaurant. Born in Argentina to an Italian family, he honed his craft in some of Europe’s most celebrated kitchens from San Sebastián to London, earning acclaim for his innovative and playful approach to contemporary fine dining.
