Luca’s is a dreamy art deco space, with velvet cocktail chairs and banquettes and a wall of wines that glows like a Byzantine altarpiece. Chef Paulo Airaudo takes classical Florentine cuisine and, in the same way the Cecchi family has updated Duomo colours, looked at it through a more modern lens.
